Our store is hosted on SiteGround. WooCommerce provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your order constitutes your offer to us to buy the goods that you have selected when placing your order on the Site. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order, followed by a confirmation that we can and will fulfil the order. Your order is not confirmed until you receive confirmation of your order. The acknowledgment email does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

5. Payment Methods
5.1 Payment for purchases of goods and/or services you make through the site may only be made by debit or credit card using our payment facility or via the authorized payment options including PayPal and Apple Pay.
5.2 You accept that some banks may charge you an additional fee for certain transactions (e.g., international transactions).
5.3 For delivery destinations within the UK, prices include VAT or other sales taxes where applicable. Unik Pik currently does not deliver outside the UK.
6. Delivery and Lead Times
6.1 No orders will be dispatched until payment has been received in full.
6.2 All standard orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 7 business days of your order payment being cleared. Delivery times may vary depending on the product.
6.3 We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses entered at checkout.
6.4 Orders are typically delivered by Hermes, Royal Mail, or courier services.
7. Returns
7.1 Non-personalized items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if in resalable condition.
7.2 Personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged at the point of receipt.
7.3 Contact our team via email at sales@unik-pik.com before returning items.
7.4 Customers are responsible for return postage fees unless the return is due to our error.

Some offers are made in the form of promotional codes, which must be used at the point of purchase. No refunds/exchanges will be given for unused codes/offers except in exceptional circumstances agreed with management.
